The Ferrari Enzo. It’s hard to imagine being one of the privileged few that owns one of the most rare and expensive super cars ever built; something that a lot of us will never be able to do. But what’s even harder to wrap my head around is the number of Enzo owners that don’t even drive them. The collectors who cage them up in a barn or storage facility somewhere, never to see the light of day. It’s like buying the finest thoroughbred race horse and taking them straight to the glue factory. Such a waste. Let the Enzo driver below show you how it should be:

Tuesday, January 25th, 2011Honestly, I really didn’t know what to expect of the FF, Ferrari’s first four wheel drive “family car”. And by family car, I mean there is room for 4 people and luggage, but little else resembles your typical family car. Replacing the 612 Scaglietti flagship, the FF has got a naturally aspirated 6.3-liter V12 direct injection engine, with 651bhp and 504 lb-ft of torque. It will get you from 0 to 62mph in just 3.7 seconds and top off at 208mph. It’s shape is definitely different; part BMW M Coupe, part squashed Porsche Panamera, but it’s been steadily growing on me. Thursday, October 28th, 2010This is quite possibly one of the craziest places I’ve ever seen. Today in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, Ferrari World officially opens its doors. And no, the picture below is not computer generated, that is really what it looks like from the air. It’s now the largest indoor theme park on the planet. Ferrari World features tons of shops, restaurants and rides including their crown jewel the Formula Rossa roller coaster, which takes you from 0-60mph in 2 seconds and has a top speed of 150mph. Looks like SOMEONE isn’t running out of money anytime too soon.

Wednesday, September 1st, 2010I knew that damn Ferrari was too nice to be true, and sure enough, due to the number of BBQ’d 458s around the world they have officially recalled them. Turns out there was an adhesive that attached heat sheilds under the rear fenders that became flammable with high temperatures. Way to go Ferrari! They are replacing the adhesive with rivets that should solve the problem, but sounds like someone was asleep at the wheel with this one.

Friday, August 20th, 2010What the hell is going on?! In the past 3 months NINE 458 Italias have been destroyed. This definitely needs to stop! Whoever buys one of these should have to do some sort of driving test or something. Either that, or this car is cursed. Which I really hope isn’t the case, cause I already cut a kidney out for one.
