The Pagani Zonda R (the R stands for ridiculous, I believe), goes up against the infamous Nurburgring, and shows the ‘Ring who’s boss. Setting the fastest lap time as of yet, the $1.8 Million Dollar, 739 HP 6.0-liter V12, carbon fiber beast is unbelievably quick. Peep the video and imagine riding shotgun in that thing. Diapers? Check.
Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz swung by and spent some time on the Top Gear test track recently. And even though Tom definitely clocks in at a 9.5 on the crazy meter, the man can drive. Well done, Tom, well done.

Think it’s bad when a cop breaks up the party or wants to break up a friendly riot? Well, it might get a lot worse sometime down the road. Introducing the C.R.A.B. Police Robot. This bad-a mofo of a robot would scare the ever living crap outta me if I ever saw it clawing my way. The man behind the C.R.A.B. is British designer Jamie Martin, who also developed the Cobra Venom V8 concept car. It’s not reality yet (thank god), and I for one hope it stays that way. Imagine a short circuit and being on the business end of that thing? No, thank you.

Having a hybrid supercar that rockets you to 60mph in only 3.2 seconds does not come cheap. Porsche said that if they decide to go forward with the 918 that the cost will be around $630,000, which would make it the most expensive car they have ever produced. Scary thing is that Bloomberg claims 2,000 people have contacted Porsche with interest in buying one. The 918 first debuted at this years Geneva auto show as a concept, but with that many people lining up to get one, hopefully we’ll see it on the road soon..
